Using the Elevate platform, you can not only create and publish your job vacancies within the system, but there is also an option to post your job vacancy to different external job boards to increase your candidate attraction. 


Once you have created your vacancy within the Elevate platform, you can push it out to job boards by following these steps:

  • Select the Vacancies icon from the left hand side menu



  • Click on your desired vacancy in the list, and then click the Job Boards tab under the Edit menu

  • This will bring you to a new screen, the posting page where you can enter details of your vacancy, to be pushed out to job boards



  • Publish to - Decide which job boards you would like to push the vacancy to 
  • Job title - Name of the vacancy
  • Job reference - Your unique ID for your vacancy
  • Start date - When is the job projected to commence?
  • Category - What industry is this vacancy part of?
  • Location - Where the job vacancy is located
  • Employment term - If the vacancy is a permanent, contract or temporary
  • Working hours - Full-time or part-time hours
  • Salary - Currency, minimum and maximum rate, per hour, day, week or year
  • Extra benefits - If there are any other benefits to note for this vacancy
  • Salary description - Add details here if you want the values added under Salary to be hidden
  • Application URL - use only if you want candidates to be redirected to a different application link
  • Job description - A breakdown of what this vacancy entails


Once you are happy with your selections for the vacancy, click on the Publish button. Depending on which job board you are planning to advertise your vacancy, you might be invited to add a few more details



In the example above, the board Jobserve requires the Job Sector to be confirmed, Location and Job Type (Contract, Permanent) to be added

Clik on the green 'Post Advert' button and your vacancy details have now been pushed onto the external board.
