How to filter and manage the list of vacancies in Recruit


You can choose to open up the list of vacancies added to the account by clicking on the Vacancies card on the Recruit homepage or selecting the corresponding icon from the left hand side menu:



Using the filters available, you can quickly narrow down your search and find the roles you want to take a look at. Filters include:

  • Projects the vacancy belongs to
  • Its Status - (open, draft, closed down, archived)
  • Talent Pool the vacancy is assigned to
  • Match review status
  • Which user Created it
  • Rates and Location

  • The vacancy will show the vacancy name, Employer, Details (Project name and Reference) Dates (when created and published) and also the candidate list for easy reference:

  • You can also choose to view only the roles added by you by clicking on the My Vacancies button on the left hand side of your screen:
