When you are building your scoring criteria, the Target Company will be used to score potential candidates against a sample of people who work or have worked for that company. This means you know that the candidates you are recommending would be a great cultural and skills fit to your client. When you change this for a vacancy it will only change it for that particular job and not for the account as a whole.
- When you come to the Scoring Tab, you will see the account's default Target Company
- Click Change
- Start typing the name of the required company
- Select the match
- Note: the first option on the list will be the most popular version of the company name
