What to do if you are experiencing issues when downloading resumes/CVs

Candidate's original resumes, can be opened and downloaded by clicking on the Download CV/Resume button on the Candidate card.

If you are experiencing issues when downloading resumes. there are a few things you can do to try and resolve this.

  • Try clearing your web browser's cache. Cached data could be causing issues with the download
  • Try and incognito/private browsing window. A browser extension could be causing issues. If the download works correctly in private browsing, an extension could be causing the issue. To isolate which extension this is, disable all of them in a normal browsing window, and after re-enabling one at a time, try the resume download again
  • If you are using an ad blocker/pop-up blocker, add elevatedirect.com as an exception
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • MS Edge
  • Internet Explorer

It's important to note that Windows Edge and Internet Explorer cannot add exceptions, and their pop-up blockers can only be either on or off.
