You can now add notes and tags to enable you to track and manage each candidate application effectively throughout the recruitment process saving you time and assisting your productivity.

How to use the CRM tool on Applications:

  • Click on your Vacancy's in the menu on the left:

  • Then click on the vacancy you are currently working on to view the candidates that have Applied:

  • You will see the CRM tool on the candidate card. Here you can view all logs and notes made against this candidate:

  • You can search for a specific log in the search box on the top left hand side or filter on specific notes:
    • All, Candidate, Customer or Internal or
    • by the list of tags listed against the candidate.
To add a log to the Candidate click Add log at the top left hand side:

  • You can complete the log which will then be added to the Candidate card enabling you to refer to any notes at a later date:
    • Log type either contact made or note,
    • Channel type; you can record a call made, email sent or message left, text and conversations,
    • Any feedback on the candidate which can be made as a note in the first box, or added as a tag in the second. Tags can then be viewed on the candidate card for easy reference:
