You have now sent your Recommendations and now you might want to contact some of the Candidates recommended. You can now use the CRM tool within Elevate to track and make note of any communication with them for greater candidate management and flow

This is how to do it:

  • Click on recommendations within the vacancy you are working on and then CRM:

  • You can view all the vacancies this candidate has applied to and all recommendations received :

  • And you can then view all the logs made against this candidate for reference and create new ones:

  • You can filter on specific notes: all, candidate, customer and internal, or filter on the tags attached:

  • To add a log click Add Log at the top left hand side of the screen and add your notes:

  • You can also add a tag to the candidate for easy reference:

  • A note in the second column will show as a tag in the candidate card:
